Why we built a desk for the flex layer.

Classic executive-search firms ignore the layer of talent most US businesses actually run on - warehouse leads, call-center supervisors, retail managers, office admins, bookkeepers, helpdesk staff. The roles that, when unfilled, immediately put pressure on the rest of the operation. Generalist temp agencies fill these roles with a spray-and-pray approach, but that is rarely a real direct-hire pipeline.

Smart Flex Agent was built to sit in the middle of those two extremes. We staff this layer for direct-hire only, with proper vetting, but at speeds the executive-search world cannot match. Three to five days from brief to shortlist is normal for us.
